The structural characteristics are as follows:

1. The main body of the winding machine is welded with thickened steel plates, and its mechanical transmission part is located inside the main body box. The transmission control part is installed on the operating side of the main body box. The equipment achieves main transmission through worm gear.
2. The winding machine adopts a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation. Variable frequency drive is used to achieve stepless speed regulation, smooth start-up, and constant torque. Set the number of turns through the counter and automatically stop the vehicle.
3. The machine is equipped with an automatic brake device to prevent reversing when the winding stops.
4. The machine can preset the number of coil turns and control the forward and reverse rotation: the electronic reversible counter counts forward and backward, and has a power-off memory function.
5. The button station is centrally controlled, and the start and stop of the spindle are controlled by the foot switch.
Structural characteristics of the pay off rack: The pay off rack adopts manual damping tension adjustment, which is easy and convenient to operate.
